Steelco Gujarat tanks on reporting net loss of Rs 1.05 crore in Q4

Steelco Gujarat is currently trading at Rs. 4.25, down by 0.02 points or 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.27 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.01 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.25 and Rs. 4.01 respectively. So far 1090 shares were traded on the counter.

Total income decreased by 8.71% at Rs 139.97 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 153.33 crore in the year-ago period.

The company has reported net loss of Rs 28.70 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 2.52 crore in last fiscal. Total income decreased by 12.41% at Rs 469.80 crore from Rs 536.39 crore in the year-ago period.
