Cafe Coffee Day’s founder increased stake in MindTree

Founder of Cafe Coffee Day and Global Technology Ventures -- VG Siddhartha -- has acquired 3.8% stake in MindTree. Siddhartha has acquired 15.64 lakh shares in the company for Rs 95.63 crore.

Before this transaction, Siddhartha through his group companies, Cafe Coffee Day Resort and Global Technology Venture, held around 17.79 per cent in MindTree. Of which, Coffee Day Resorts held 11.22% while, Global Technology Ventures owned 6.50% stake in the company.

Post-transaction, Siddartha's individual stake along with his group companies has reached 21.60%.

MindTree offers IT services across the consumer goods value chain, spanning product development and manufacturing intelligence systems, supply chain execution and optimization solutions and customer and consumer management solutions.
