Hitech Plast announces book closure
Date: 19-06-2012Hitech Plast has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 02, 2012 to August 11, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company. The dividend on equity shares, if declared at the annual general meeting, will be credited/dispatched between August 13, 2012 & August 20, 2012.
