Omkar Speciality Chemicals board to consider appointment of director

Omkar Speciality Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 26, 2012, to consider the appointment of Siddharth Sinkar as director (non-executive and non-independent) and the re-appointment of J.P.J. Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, statutory auditors of the company at the forthcoming annual general meeting subject to member’s approval.

Further, the board appointed cost auditor for the company for the F.Y. 2012-13 as per the circular issued by Ministry of Corporate affairs and finalized the day, date, time and venue of annual general meeting and all the documents related to annual general meeting.
