Date: 19-06-2012Voltas has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 03, 2012 to August 23, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company. Dividend would be paid / despatched commencing from August 25, 2012.
