Date: 19-06-2012KELTECH Energies has informed that the 35th annual general meeting (AGM) of the members of the company will be held on July 20, 2012, to receive, consider and adopt the audited balance sheet, profit and loss account, together with directors’ and auditors Report as on March 31, 2012 and declared a dividend for the year ended March 31, 2012.
Further, the board re-appointed Ashok V. Chowgule and Harish Jagtiani, directors who retires by rotation and appointed auditors from the conclusion of the said annual general meeting till the conclusion of next annual general meeting and fixed their remuneration.
