Chandra Bhaskar has been appointed as nominee director of IDBI Bank with effect from May 28, 2012 in the place of J. B. Sivakumar in the board meeting held on May 29, 2012 and J. B. Sivakumar has been ceased to be a nominee director with effect from May 29, 2012.
