GMR Infrastructure allots non convertible debentures
Date: 20-06-2012GMR Infrastructure has informed that the debenture allotment committee of the board of directors of the company has allotted 1000 secured non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 100 Crore to ICICI Bank on June 19, 2012.
