Finolex Industries informs retirement of chairman and director
Date: 21-06-2012Finolex Industries has informed that at the meeting of the board of directors held on June 20, 2012, P. P. Chhabria, chairman and K. P. Chhabria, executive vice chairman have announced their retirement as non-executive chairman and director and executive vice chairman and director respectively effective August 11, 2012.
Further, the board at its meeting held on June 20, 2012 has appointed K. P. Chhabria as chairman emeritus effective August 11, 2012 and elevated Prakash P. Chhabria, managing director as executive chairman and S. S. Dhanorkar, assistant managing director & chief operating officer as managing director of the company effective August 11, 2012.
