Asian Paints Ltd.

Asian Paints has purchased the balance stake (49% of the share capital) in Sleek International (Sleek) from the Ahuja Family and Sleek has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The company had entered into a Shareholders Agreement with the Ahuja family and Sleek on August 8, 2013. The Shareholders Agreement with the Ahuja Family has been terminated as Sleek has now become a wholly owned subsidiary.

Asian Paints is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services. The Company's business segments are Paints and Home Improvement.
