Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, leading private sector healthcare provider in Asia has bagged prestigious ‘G20 Challenge on Inclusive Business Innovation’ at G-20 summit in Los Cabos, Mexico. It is declared as winner for its ‘Reach Hospitals’ initiative. The selection was done by the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. The award was presented by Ambassador Rogelio Granguillhome, Chair of the G20 Development Working Group at a ceremony recently.

On the standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 25.97% in its net profit at Rs 59.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 47.09 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 19.98% at Rs 751.02 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 625.96 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
