Date: 14-12-2017Interglobe Aviation (IndiGo) has submitted bids under the regional connectivity scheme’s second round of bidding. This is the first time IndiGo has officially expressed interest to participate in the scheme.
The financial bids in the second round of the scheme -- Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik (UDAN) -- would be opened on December 14, while the technical bids were opened on December 5.
IndiGo provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
