Jumbo Bag trades in fine fettle on the bourses

Jumbo Bag is currently trading at Rs 10.00, up by 0.30 points or 3.09% from its previous closing of Rs 9.70 on the BSE.

The scrip, which opened at Rs 10.00, went flat after 250 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 27.20 on 29-Jul-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 9.00 on 08-Jun-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 10.95 and Rs 9.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 8.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.41% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.19% and 56.40% respectively.

Jumbo Bag has received an approval to enter into power purchase contract under captive generation. The board at its meeting held on June 21, 2012 has approved for the same. Further, the outcome of the said agreement is likely to enable the company to improve the capacity utilization.
