Date: 21-06-2012Rammaica India has informed that the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012 has been postponed, the company shall consider to the next board meeting dated on June 27, 2012. And further to consider the merger of the company for finalizing the share exchange ratio and the scheme of amalgamation has been postponed, and that the company shall inform the next board meeting dated on June 27, 2012.
