Commex Technology appoints CS and CO

Commex Technology has informed that Vineet Kakkad, an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as company secretary & compliance officer of the company with effect from June 19, 2012. 

Further, Ajay Raut is relived from his duties of compliance officer consequent to above appointment in the company.
