Venus Remedies board recommends dividend
Date: 21-06-2012Venus Remedies has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2012, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 30% i.e. Rs. 3 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 subject to approval of the same by shareholders at the annual general meeting.
