Man Industries (India) approves resignation of CS & CO
Date: 21-06-2012Man Industries (India) has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2012, has considered and approved the resignation of Rachana Kokal as company secretary & compliance officer of the company.
Further, the board appointed of Rishikesh Vyas as company secretary & compliance officer of the company and Rachana Kokal would continue to be an employee of the company & be designated as assistant company secretary.
