BharatElectronics has informed that the board of directors of the company at itsmeeting held on June 21, 2012, have recommended a final dividend of 108% (i.e.Rs. 10.80 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) in addition to the interim dividendof 100% (i.e. Rs. 10 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) paid in February, 2012.
