Asia HR Technologies board to consider change of name

Asia HR Technologies has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 26, 2012, to consider the change in name of the company and appointed directors and a new auditor in place of retiring auditor.

Further, the board fixed the date of book closure; the day, date, time and place for the annual general meeting and forfeited partly paid up shares.
