Genesys International Corporation has informed that the Compensation Committee at its meeting held on December 22nd, 2017 has approved the allotment of 1,57,250 equity shares of face value of Rs 5.00 each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees of the company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme -2010. Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs 15,42,01,310 divided into 3,08,40,262 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 5.00 each. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
