Date: 28-12-2017Trent’s wholly owned subsidiary-- Fiora Hypermarket (FHL) has incorporated a subsidiary namely, Fiora Online (FOL) on December 28, 2017. FHL holds 99.99% of the equity share capital of FOL.
Trent is part of the Tata Group and is engaged in business of retailing. Trent acquired 76% stake in Landmark, one of the largest books and music retail chains in the India.
