CHD Developers reports consolidated net loss of Rs 1.43 crore in Q4

CHD Developers has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 1.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 3.43 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal. Total income decreased by 40.34% at Rs 52.78 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 88.47 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full year ended March 31, 2012 the company has posted a fall of 21.26% in its net profit at Rs 4.89 crore as compared to Rs 6.21 crore in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 12.75% at Rs 155.20 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 137.65 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
