Infosys has signed an agreement on December 28, 2017 for divestment of its entire investment in ANSR Consulting Holdings, Inc., for a total consideration of $1,000,000.

Recently, Infosys joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)-driven Cloud28+ community and digital platform. By leveraging the Cloud28+ community’s vast network of service providers, Skava, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, aims to expand its market presence in countries where business and regulatory considerations call for private and hybrid cloud deployments working with local partners.
