United Spirits Ltd.

United Spirits has allotted 7,500 rated, unlisted, unsecured, redeemable and non-convertible debentures (NCD) of face value Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 750 crore on private placement basis. The NCDs were allotted on December 28, 2017 and will carry a coupon rate of 7.45% per annum (p.a.). The tenure of the NCDs will be for a period of 3 years.

United Spirits is the largest spirits company in India and a flagship entity of UB group. It manufactures wide range of whisky, vodka, rum and other spirits.
