Eicher Motors’ joint venture (JV) with Volvo Group VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has reported a 49.5% increase in total sales at 6,087 units in December. The company had sold 4,071 units in December 2016. The December sales figure includes 5,955 units of Eicher brand and 132 units of Volvo brand.

Eicher Motors is an India-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing automobile products and related components. The company operates in business verticals, including motorcycles, commercial vehicles and personal utility vehicles.
