Date: 26-06-2012Moschip Semiconductor Technology has informed that the compensation committee of the company in its meeting held by circulation effective June 25, 2012 has granted, in aggregate 200,000 stock options to the employees of the Moschip Semiconductor Technology, USA (100% Subsidiary of the Company) under the MosChip Stock Option PIan-2005 (WOS) at a price of Rs. 10.05 per option. These options will vest after completion of one year, equally in a span of two years from the date of grant, and can be exercised within 5 years from the date of vesting.
