Ramco Systems allots equity shares under ESOS

Ramco Systems has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 25, 2012, has approved an allotment of 4,807 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008) and Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2009 Plan A (ESOS 2009 Plan A). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,634,083 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 15,638,890 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
