Wipro gains with arm planning to invest $9.9 million in Harte Hanks

Wipro is currently trading at Rs. 315.55, up by 1.80 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 313.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 315.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 317.00 and Rs. 314.55 respectively. So far 7,407 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 334.75 on 16-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 222.78 on 31-Jan-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 333.00 and Rs. 311.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,42,690.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.33%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.98% and 7.46% respectively.

Wipro’s wholly owned subsidiary - Wipro LLC will invest $9.9 million in Harte Hanks and both companies will expand their existing partnership to offer end-to-end marketing technology services to customers.

As part of their existing partnership, Wipro and Harte Hanks are jointly marketing Opera Solutions’ Signal Hub platform, an advanced big data analytics and machine learning platform that enables clients to deliver a contextually relevant and personalized customer experience.

Harte Hanks is a US-based global marketing services company specializing in omni-channel marketing solutions including consulting, strategic assessment, data, analytics, digital, social, mobile, print, direct mail and contact center.
