Cyient concludes acquisition of entire stake in B&F Design
Date: 25-01-2018Cyient has concluded the acquisition of 100% stake in B&F Design Inc effective January 24, 2018. Last year in September, the company through its step down subsidiary Cyient Defense Services Inc. had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity ownership in B&F Design Inc.
