NBCC (India) has received Letter of Approval (LoA) from the Government of Assam for construction of Twin Tower Trade Centre at Guwahati, Assam amounting around Rs 2,000 crore.

Further, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Government of Assam and the company to this effect has been signed on February 2, 2018.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
