Educomp Solutions allots equity shares under ESOP
Date: 28-06-2012Educomp Solutions has informed that remuneration committee of the company on June 27, 2012 has allotted 39,425 equity shares respectively to the employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under company's ESOP Scheme 2006.
Further, the post allotment paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs. 19,31,16,798 consisting of 9,65,58,399 shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 19,31,95,648 consisting of 9,65,97,824 shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each.
