Rare Enterprises promoter hikes stake in NCC to 7.98%

Rekha Jhunjhunwala one of the promoter of Rare Enterprises and wife of ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has hiked its stake in the Hyderabad-based engineering and construction company - NCC (formerly known as Nagarjuna Construction Company). Rekha Jhunjhunwala has acquired 750,000 shares constituting 0.29% paid up capital of the company.

Pursuant to this acquisition, Rekha Jhunjhunwala holds a total of 2,05,00,000 shares of the company constituting 7.98% stake in the paid up capital of the company.

NCC is engaged in development of real estate. Its projects stand on credentials of its work in various sectors such as housing, transportation, power, water, metals and oil and gas.
