Pfizer accepts resignation of directors
Date: 29-06-2012Pfizer has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 28, 2012, has accepted the resignation of Kewal Handa as the director and managing director of the company with effect from the end of day on August 15, 2012, Kewal Handa would continue as an employee of the company until his retirement from the company i.e. August 31, 2012.
Further, the board at its meeting held on June 28, 2012 appointed Aijaz Tobaccowalla as additional director and managing director of the company with effect from August 16, 2012 subject to approval of shareholders and central government.
