Wyeth board re-schedules AGM
Date: 29-06-2012Wyeth has informed that the board at its meeting held on July 28, 2012 has re-scheduled the date of the annual general meeting of the company from July 23, 2012. The revised date of the annual general meeting is August 02, 2012.
Further, the company has inform that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 20, 2012 to August 02, 2012 (revised) for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 02, 2012.
