Indian Bank appoints CFO
Date: 29-06-2012Indian Bank has informed that Amresh Kumar, deputy general manager will be the new chief financial officer of the bank with effect from June 01, 2012 in place of A Kamatchi, general manager and Amresh Kumar, will also act as compliance officer for the purpose of SEBI requirements with effect from June 01, 2012.
Further, A Ganesa Rathnam, company secretary shall continue to be compliance officer for stock exchange requirements.
