Further, in terms of clause 10.1 of Company’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of the Company ‘Trading Window’ shall remain closed for the designated persons from February 27, 2018 to March 10, 2018.
