Gati approves dividend payment
Date: 29-06-2012Gati has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 29, 2012, has approved the payment of special dividend at the rate of 30% to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2011-12.
Further, the board appointed Mr. Yoshinobu Mitsuhashi as director and Sanjeev Kumar Jain, CFO as director - finance.
