Date: 29-06-2012Motilal Oswal Financial Services has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 18, 2012 to July 28, 2012 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 7th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 28, 2012. The dividend, if declared, would be paid to the shareholders or their mandates on or before August 20, 2012.
