NBCC to act as Project Management Consultant for two projects in New Delhi

NBCC (India) has awarded the contract of GPRA colonies at Netaji Nagar (Pkg-I) & Sarojini Nagar (Pkg-I), New Delhi on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis including operations & maintenance wherein NBCC is working as Project Management Consultant.

The company has awarded redevelopment project of GPRA colony (Pkg-I) at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi to Shapoorji Pallonji & Co for around Rs 1039.32 crore with completion period of 24 months.

The company has awarded another project of redevelopment of GPRA colony (Pkg-I) Sarojni Nagar, New Delhi to Girdhari Lal Constructions for around Rs 847.77 crore with completion period of 24 months.
