JSW Energy Ltd.

JSW Energy has acquired JSW Electric Vehicles on March 5, 2018. Consequent to this acquisition, JSW Electric Vehicles is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The acquisition is part of diversification strategy of JSW Energy to foray into Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems and Charging Infrastructure which will be housed under the acquired entity - JSW Electric Vehicles.

JSW Energy, part of the JSW Group, is a growing energy company. The Group has diversified interests in carbon steel, power, mining, industrial gases, port facilities, aluminium, cement and information technology.
