Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Bharti Airtel has received an approval for transfer of 19% equity shares of Bharti Telemedia, a subsidiary company to Nettle Infrastructure Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary company. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 12, 2018 has approved for the same.

Further, a part of the aforesaid stake shall be utilized for completion of stake sale of Bharti Telemedia to Warburg Pincus Group, as earlier announced by the company on December 12, 2017.
