Pursuant to Regulation 19 (7) of the SEBI (Buy back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended (Buyback Regulations), eClerx Services has informed that the Company has made a Post Buyback Public Announcement dated March 14, 2018 for the Buyback of 1,290,000 fully paid up equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 2,000 per equity share on a proportionate basis from the equity shareholders of the Company, through the tender offer process. The same has been published in the newspapers, namely, all editions of Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on March 15, 2018.
