Further, pursuant to the Company’s Insider Trading Policy formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from March 19, 2018 and shall reopen on March 26, 2018.
