Subex, a leading global provider of business support systems (BSS) for communication service providers, has been awarded the global telecoms business innovation award 2012 along with the Idea Cellular in the business service innovation category for fraud management in a managed service format.

The company has won the award in fraud management innovation category along with Swisscom, last year. Subex and Idea Cellular entered into a 3 years strategic partnership program with the aim of improving business and operational efficiencies through Subex’s managed services.
