Carol Info Services to divest its nutrition manufacturing business

Carol Info Services, incorporated as Wockhardt Life Sciences, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of nutrition products in India. The company is a subsidiary of Khorakiwala Holdings and Investments. The company is engaged in manufacturing neutraceuticals and other milk-based products on job work basis.
