Jauss Polymers approves conversion of share warrants
Date: 04-07-2012Jauss Polymers has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 30, 2012, has accorded its consent to the conversion of 20,00,000 share warrants of Rs. 5 each into 10,00,000 equity shares of the company of Rs. 10 each fully paid. These shares were issued to the promoters of the company by the order of the Honorable BIFR.
