Date: 04-07-2012Excel Industries has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 14, 2012 to July 20, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 51st annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 20, 2012. Payment of dividend if approved, at the said meeting, will be made on or after July 24, 2012.
