L&T surges with construction arm bagging order worth Rs 3,376 crore

Larsen & Toubro is currently trading at Rs. 1329.15, up by 32.80 points or 2.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1296.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1310.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1329.95 and Rs. 1310.35 respectively. So far 49705 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1469.60 on 01-Feb-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1099.22 on 05-Apr-2017.

The company’s Power Transmission & Distribution Business has secured orders worth Rs 1,226 crore, while Water & Effluent Treatment Business has secured an order worth Rs 1,200 crore.

Besides, the company’s Buildings & Factories Business has secured orders in health and automobile sector worth Rs 950 crore from two prestigious clients.
