Muthoot Capital Services fixes book closure
Date: 04-07-2012Muthoot Capital Services has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 25, 2012 to July 31, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 31, 2012. If final dividend as recommended by the board of directors is approved at the annual general meeting, payment of such dividend will be made on or before August 29, 2012.
