This is further to company’s letter dated April 5, 2018 wherein the Company had intimated the acquisition of C3i Solutions and a disclosure in terms of Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 was submitted. HCL Technologies has informed that the aforesaid acquisition has been completed with effect from April 6, 2018.
